Work in all aspects of the ticket office operations with focus on improving operational and customer service related initiatives to better support the overall Athletic Department mission. Responsibilities will include: handling customer service problems, overseeing game day ticket sales, completing daily audits, creating reports, ticket application design, assigning seats and managing game day operations for specific intercollegiate athletic sports. Will also be expected to contribute to the planning and promotions for ticket sales strategy for overall Athletic Department.
BA/BS degree required. Degree in Communications or Athletics Administration preferred. Experience in any of the following areas preferred: sports ticket office, sales, marketing, administrative office support, athletics administration, communications, public relations, or related field. Experience with Paciolan ticketing system or other ticket software.
Additional Salary Information: 1-year term with (2) optional 1-year renewals
