In addition, this role will provide oversight of all TGBC gift and data entry along with priority points that are entered into Paciolan. With strong project management, data analytics, data management and communication skills, this role will actively develop relationships with both annual fund and major gift donors, build major gift prospect lists, facilitate the ongoing cultivation and stewardship of annual fund donors, and compile athletic giving reports. Job Duties: 45% Develop and maintain a portfolio of 50 donors in order to cultivate, solicit and steward Major Gifts ($25,000 and above paid over a 5-year period of time) 25% Oversee the Basketball Enhancement Fund, including, but not limited to the marketing and renewal/solicitation process. Assist with the marketing and communication of the Hartman Fund (football ticket priority), Gymnastics Endowment Fund and Georgia Baseball Fund annual drives while also cultivating, soliciting and stewarding annual fund donors (up to $25,000). 20% Autonomously provide oversight of all gift processing and acknowledgements for the Magill Society, Hartman Fund, Basketball Enhancement Fund, Gymnastics Endowment Fund and Georgia Baseball Fund gift entries. Accountable for administering oversight of all data entry included, but not limited to priority points, donor tagging and donor demographic information that is entered into Paciolan. 5% Develop, produce, and deliver data reports from Athletics and UGA Foundation databases on all athletic-related funds for TGBC leadership, customer services, prospecting, and stewardship needs. 5% Other duties as assigned.
Ability to read and write business correspondence and to communicate proficiently with individuals within and outside the University by telephone and email. Ability to effectively respond to questions from a diverse constituency of donors and potential donors. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.Ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC and institutional rules and regulations.
