This position manages and coordinates the processing of all athletic priority seating related gifts. In addition, this role will also provide support in managing data integrity, priority points and acknowledgements that are sent to TGBC donors. This position will play an integral part of the overall annual giving operation.
Responsible for processing all priority seating fund donations, sky suites gifts and amenity payments along with sending proper acknowledgements to Magill Society, Hartman Fund, Basketball Enhancement Fund, Gymnastics Endowment Fund and Georgia Baseball Fund donors. Accountable for entering all data entry included, but not limited to priority points, donor tagging and donor demographic information that is entered into Paciolan. Provide assistance in developing, producing, and delivering data reports from Athletics and UGA Foundation databases on all athletic-related funds for TGBC leadership, customer services, prospecting, and stewardship needs. Work with the UGAFoundation to properly streamline annual fund donation documentation.
Provide assistance with the marketing and communication of the Hartman Fund (football ticket priority), Basketball Enhancement Fund, Gymnastics Endowment Fund and Georgia Baseball Fund annual drives while also cultivating, soliciting and stewarding annual fund donors (up to $25,000). Work with the ticket office in regards to donation questions pertaining to ticket priorities. Provide proper stewardship to WCHF, BEF, GEF and GBF donors. Enter credits for lettermen and football G Club members into Paciolan. Handle gift-related inquires.
Process matching gift forms (as applicable). Send proper acknowledgement to matching gift company, when matching gift is received by athletics, and a copy of notification to the donor. Verify any matching gift requests of donors who apply for matching gifts via their company’s online giving page. Answer questions from donors and/or matching gift companies with regard to the matching gift processing. Work with the UGA Foundation to ensure proper documentation of incoming matching gift company checks, which includes matching funds to both the UGAFoundation and an athletic ticket priority fund, when applicable.
Work in conjunction with the UGA Foundation while also independently researching deceased donor information in order to properly coordinate any necessary demographic updates on deceased donor/ticket priority accounts in Paciolan.

Bachelor’s degree, OR Associate’s degree plus experience in customer service, hospitality organization, or related occupations; OR an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
