Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or related field OR a certification from a specialized design school
Demonstrated experience in developing branded design work for a collegiate athletic program or other sports organization

Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience with motion graphics, font management and photography
Excellent time management skills, including managing long and short-term design projects
Self-starter who can work effectively in teams or on their own to complete projects
Thrives in an environment of continual feedback with an ability to accept constructive criticism and leverage it for professional growth
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate design ideas
Sharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends; exceptional attention to detail
