Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree in Sports Administration is preferred.
A minimum of seven years of work experience with at least three years of work experience in athletics ticketing is required. Work experience as a manager for a ticket office is desirable
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively respond to questions in a group setting or individual basis. A strong customer service orientation is essential.
Candidate must demonstrate the strong writing skills with the ability to produce error-free communication, reports and business correspondence. A strong focus on attention to detail is essential.
Candidate must possess strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently. A working knowledge of Architcs Ticketing System (Ticketmaster) is strongly preferred.
