The Texas Tech University Postgraduate Intercollegiate Athletics Administration Training Program is a 24-month program in the Athletics intended to provide on-the-job learning experiences for college graduates interested in pursuing a career in intercollegiate athletics administration.
Future leaders will experience administration principles such as:
- Applying a standard of ethics to policy and administrative context - Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of current ticket operations - Communicating relevant information and ideas to management - Managing university resources to achieve organizational goals
Serve front line for Red Raider Club members on annual gifts, including membership benefits and other operations of the annual giving program.
Assist membership with donor priority parking
Assist members with RRC commitment, collection and account holds
Serve as trainer to all student workers on RRC gift processing
Assist with processing daily gifts and batch reports
Coordinate with Assistant Director, Stewardship & Events on:
Thank you communications
Single Membership card distribution or replacement card distribution
Assist with RRC game day operations
Under the Direction of the Associate Director, Membership Benefits; Develop, Manage and Execute Growth of:
Young alumni and Student Red Raider Club initiatives focused on long-term connectivity with the institution and Texas Tech Athletics
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and previous experience with collegiate or professional athletics.
Previous experience working or participating in collegiate or professional athletics.
