Assistant in the planning and development of various daily business functions for various departments within the athletic organization. Ensure the athletic organization maintains a favorable public and stakeholder perception while fulfilling the organization's strategic mission.
Prepare and ensure that sport coaches limits declarations are on file and within NCAA limits (sports other than FB/BSK/BSB).
Monitor NCAA personnel rules for coaches, volunteers, student coaches, student managers, and sport specific staff (sports other than FB/BSK/BSB).
Monitor off-campus recruiting for select sports (sports other than FB/BSK/BSB).
Monitor official and unofficial visits, and Front Rush dashboard for select sports (sports other than FB/BSK/BSB).
Responsible for sport camp/clinic monitoring as assigned.
Manage the telephone call and text message monitoring system (policy/Front Rush).
Process recruiting services subscription requests.
Prepare and present education on athletics personnel and recruiting as assigned.
Review and revise as appropriate forms and policies in athletics personnel and recruiting.
Coordinate Athlete Agents program.
Review promotional activity, autograph and donation requests for NCAA compliance.
Assist with football game day PSA complimentary admissions and pre-game field access.
Comply with all NCAA, Big 12 and Texas Tech University rules, regulations and policies.

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
One-two years compliance experience at a Division I institution.
Experience working with NCAA rules.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, Front Rush, Teamworks, or similar software programs.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment, manage stressful situations, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills with attention to detail.
