The Director of Donor Relations and Operations handles all donor benefits and serves as the primary customer service representative for those who support ASU athletics. Under the supervision of the Senior Associate Athletic Director, this position will devise and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship plan on an annual basis for both annual and leadership gifts. This includes, but is not limited to events, fund reports, and communications.
Serves as a point of contact for the Data Base Management System that houses all donor accounts.
Serves as the database management liaison to the ticket office.
Coordinate student support staff and non-student temp positions.
Assist senior leadership in the management of the annual operating budget, monthly reconciliation of p-cards, time sheets and work hand in hand with staff members to ensure appropriate paperwork is completed and filed.
Serves as a point of contact for the Former Athletes Association, Athletics Scholarship Endowments and supports the Yosef Club Advisory Board.
Knowledge of the mission, goals, and needs of the Athletics Development office and University Advancement.

Ability to build collaborative relationships and maintain strong confidentiality.
Ability to acquire, compile, evaluate, and report program needs for budgets, travel, reconciliations, purchase orders, endowment agreements, executive correspondence, and other areas as needed.
Database management and priorities point system oversight.
Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be very organized and keep and produce accurate records.
General knowledge of the NCAA rules.
Familiar with the University’s Banner System.
