Assist with all special events and tournaments.
Assist in event management and game operations for football, women’s basketball, and any other areas as needed.
Work alongside IMG College in helping to activate sponsorship agreements
Serve as point of contact for all marketing for assigned sports
Assist in compiling season wrap-ups for various sports, to include attendance analysis, promotion details, ticket promotions, advertising expenses, etc.
Assist in managing the student internship program.
Manage all donation/charity requests
Bachelor's degree and two years experience in intercollegiate sport marketing at the Division I level. Masters Degree Preferred.
Working knowledge of Adobe programs.
The Florida State University Sport Marketing Office is accepting applications for the Marketing Assistant position. This position reports directly to the Director for Marketing. This person will assist in marketing, advertising, promotional efforts, and special events for all 20 intercollegiate sports. All applicants need to have the ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner and have the willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary. A working knowledge of Adobe creative programs is strongly encouraged, as well as being proficient with social media. This is a 12 month paid position.
