Job Summary: Under administrative direction, manages the internal administration functions of the department of Athletics to ensure compliance with University, NCAA and conference policies and procedures; serves as sports supervisor for specified sports.
Manages internal processes for the department to ensure compliance with all University policies and procedures; maintains and updates the departmental policy and procedure manual.
Manages human resources processes for the department; oversees facility planning and maintenance; serves as the department’s representative on the Emergency Preparedness Committee.
Is responsible for the management of all conference and NCAA event communications, including all issues relating to officiating; acts as tournament manager for all conference and any NCAA post-season, on campus events.
Supervises multiple sports programs and departmental administrative support personnel.
Serves as a member of the senior staff of the Athletics department.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred; supplemented with fiver (5) years of related experience in athletics administration or related field.
