This position will provide valuable experience in strategic planning, maintaining and creating campus partnerships, developing trainings, implementing programming and facilitating presentations.
Develop and execute a program to support African-American student-athletes.
Develop and execute two programs to support male and female student-athletes from underrepresented groups.
Assist in the marketing and promotion of all Social Responsibility & Engagement programming/events.
Manage and oversee community engagement initiatives including partnerships and execution of programs.
Assist with the facilitation of the department’s Team for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (T.I.D.E).
Assist with the facilitation of Title IX Training for all student-athletes and staff.
Assist in the creation of the Athletics Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Annual Report.
Must adhere to all University of Alabama, SEC & NCAA rules and regulations.
Stipend: Up to $2,500/month
