This opportunity provides a unique and hands-on experience in sports management, game day operations and event planning in a NCAA Division I collegiate setting. This position will provide a solid foundational understanding of intercollegiate athletics in the areas of game day operation, marketing, communications, ticketing, development and sports specific operations.
Primary Responsibilities: • Assist in coordinating assigned duties related to operations, administration and logistics for each assigned event from the beginning to post event breakdown and review. • Assist in sales and marketing efforts. • Assist in maintaining and updating content on various communication platforms including website, registration systems, social media and email marketing software. • Assist in managing communications with designated stakeholders including staff, teams, coaches, referees, facilities, athletic trainers, vendors and sponsors leading up to each event. • Assist in the procurement of equipment rentals, shipping, supplies, apparel, branded assets, referees, athletic trainers, event staff, sponsors/vendors and event partners. • Assist in managing the preparation and transportation of supplies, equipment, branding, administrative materials merchandise for each event.

Stipend: up to $2,500/month
