This individual will be working directly under the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Social Responsibility and Engagement/Chief Diversity Officer at The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).
Provide valuable experiences in event planning and assist with the marketing for promotion of all Social Responsibility & Engagement
Maintaining and creating campus partnerships
Develop and execute a program to support male student-athletes from underrepresented groups
Advisement of black student-athlete subgroups (Black Student-Athlete Council, Ole Miss OUT, etc.)
Assessments and training materials for Diversity Equality and Inclusion department and Black-Student Athlete Council
Assist with newsletter that goes out to staff and student athletes regarding the program expectations and information
Assist with student athlete engagement
Must adhere to all Ole Miss, SEC & NCAA rules and regulations
Stipend: Up to $2,500 per month
