JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
Under general direction of the Vice President of Ticketing, the Director of Ticket Systems will be responsible for administering ticket system processes, providing equipment and ticket system support for entire ticket operations, handling complex reporting processes and to provide exceptional customer service experience in accordance with the mission of the 12th Man Foundation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and perform Paciolan processes including season setup and bulk processes
Oversee system integrity for consistency and accurate reporting needs and facilitate adjustments as needed
Coordinate implementation and support of external systems including SSB, SalesForce, Marketing Automation/Eloqua, FEVO, etc.
Utilize systems to enhance ticket operation processes
Primary contact for all ticket scanner operations, scanner training, and accurate deployment at events
Responsible for managing relationship with external staff for successful gameday operations
Oversee Ballena processes ensuring that ticket-related controls and data flows between systems are accurate and that seat selection/upgrade processes are well executed
Responsible for reporting, audits, attendance reports and ad hoc reports as needed
Oversight of specific sport(s)
Oversee secondary market reconciliation and processes
Responsible for staff training as needed
Provide supervision and other support for ticketed events as requested
Provide support to the Donor Services Center in handling ticket-related calls
Stay up-to-date on ticketing rules and regulations as established by the NCAA, SEC and Texas A&M University
Facilitate proper communication and willingness to assist with projects in a team environment
Event duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
3-5 years experience in Ticket Office Administration at Division I institution or major professional sports organization
Expertise with Paciolan Ticketing Software
Proficient in SalesForce, SSB, Marketing Automation/Eloqua, FEVO preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of all applications of Microsoft Office
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on changing priorities, including weekend, holiday and evening hours
Willingness to travel for events
