The Deputy Athletic Director is responsible for serving as the department’s Senior Woman Administrator as well as the direct oversight, strategic planning, policy development, budget and personnel management of the following areas: men’s and women’s gymnastics, volleyball (indoor/beach) programs, gender equity, student-athlete end of season evaluations and exit interview coordinator, support the Director of Athletics with the administration of office and oversee administrative assistants.
Bachelor’s Degree plus three years of experience related to athletic administration, budget oversight and management of staff are required. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree and five years of progressively responsible and related experience advancing an organization’s policy and strategic planning.
