The Director for Student Athlete Success will develop and implement strategies to promote student athlete success and retention, with a focus in three key areas: academic and athletic performance, leadership and character development, and diversity and inclusion. This position reports to the Deputy Athletic Director. The Director for Student Athlete Success will establish close working relationships with Centre student athletes and their coaches and collaborate with campus stakeholders such as the Centre Learning Commons, the Health and Wellness Educational Specialist, Health and Counseling services, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and other campus partners to holistically support student athletes through their Centre experience, with the ultimate goal of preparing them to lead me
