The Associate Director is responsible for the overall operational and fiscal management of the Gordon Field House and Activities Center, including the Field House Arena, and the Judson Aquatics Center.  They develop and execute an annual plan designed to maximize the strategic use of the venues, while creating and having direct oversight of policies, processes, and procedures to include all operational and event activity.The Associate Director is actively responsible for the booking, scheduling, and planning of all major events and activities, including negotiating, creating, and finalizing event contracts and cost estimates, while controlling expenses and determining service and staffing level needs for each event.
