• Hiring and supervising event staff
• Negotiating and coordinating services with internal and external entities to ensure efficient administration
• Schedules, coordinates and staffs revenue generating external and internal events in each athletic facility
• Contact person for visiting teams (ensures that essential documents are updated and accessible to visiting teams)
• Ensures facilities meet NCAA & Conference regulations
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationship with employees and outsources constituents directly involved with internal and external athletic events
• Maintains communication with departmental staff, college community and general community regarding game and event issues
• Develops and implements emergency management and risk management plans for all of the athletic facilities in conjunction with the Director of Athletic Training Services, App State Police, and other appropriate entities
• Serve on various campus committees as assigned
• In addition, this individual will serve as the liaison with the Design & Construction office, and will lead department efforts related to Capital Project development

Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of facility and event management experience. Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
