The Trademarks & Licensing Program Manager (Business Development Analyst I) is responsible for maintaining all regular, daily functions of the department. The Program Manager will act as the first point of contact for internal licensed vendors, informing and updating the director on issues and concerns on a continuous basis. This position will assist the director in processing and managing license protocol, guidelines, and contracts, assisting the Director in implementation of licensing processes and retaining all records for trademarks registration and legal purposes. This position will also assist in growing the institution's public demand for licensed product, increasing retail delivery channels, and enforcing logo and brand consistency across campus and the local Tucson market. Successful implementation will result in increased visual awareness of the Arizona brand and increased licensing royalties.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
• One (1) year of experience with licensing, retail, athletics marketing, legal or related field.
• Experience with authoring a marketing plan outlining objectives, audience, budget, timeline and activities.
• Experience in performing multiple, highly-detailed responsibilities on deadline.
• Experience in building strong relationships.
• Experience communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with licensees, retail partners, students, faculty and other campus decision makers.
• Experience as a presenter for a variety of audiences including students, staff, faculty and peer institutions.
• Experience with a variety of software including: PowerPoint, Word, Access, Visio, and a variety of popular calendaring programs.
