Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement
SUMMARY: The primary goals will always be to extend California Baptist University’s brand’s reach, by coordinating and implementing marketing plans for the athletic department and its athletic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing, promotions, and fan engagement initiatives for the department and each of its 21 sport programs. These initiatives should focus on increasing attendance at events, and generating revenue by building the student and fan experience in strategic and creative ways while advancing the Lancers brand.
