The mission of the OSU Department of Athletics is to Go Build Excellent, Authentic, Visionary Student-Athletes (GO B.E.A.V.S.).The Director of Ticket Operations is responsible for, and will be the primary manager and point of contact for Men’s Basketball and Gymnastics. May assist with other sports as needed. Responsibilities include event creation, presentation and maintenance, pre-event sales, game-day sales preparation, ticket operations at events and post-event reconciliation. This position is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling all student workers in the athletic ticket office. This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the box office and will provide updates to the Assistant Athletic Director – Ticket Oper
