Assistant Athletic Trainer
The Assistant Athletic Trainer has primary responsibility to assist with the overall medical and health related care of student athletes participating in NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletic teams within the University. Essential duties include but are not be limited to: assist in prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, physician referral, and medical documentation of all injuries associated with assigned student athletes; communication with coaches, student athletes, parents, staff and physicians within NATA and HIPAA guidelines; maintain and observe all athletic policy and procedures in accordance with NATA regulations and remain certified to perform these duties on a daily basis. Provide supervision of daily practice and game coverage, in season travel, and summer sports workout
