1. Assists with the scheduling of practices and game day administration. 2. Supervises professional and student event staff, such as, but not limited to game day administrators, sideline workers, set-up and breakdown crew, etc. for home contests. 3. Assist the Event & Facility Manager with hiring per diem assistance and contracted services as needed. 4. Develop and maintain the athletic department's visitor's guide. 5. Serves as primary game-day facility point of contact and administrator as assigned. 6. Schedules security and concession stand workers as needed for home contests. 7. Assists the Event & Facility Manager to ensure facilities and facility equipment are always clean, safe, and properly maintained; specific oversight of the varsity weight room. 8. At times will submit work orders for any facility repairs, and reports equipment needs to Event & Facilities Manager. 9. Maintains and updates the deferred maintenance tracker and makes recommendations for replacement annually. 10. Ensure all game-day promotions, pre-game, half-time, and post-game, are expedited. 11. Supervises the functioning of the athletic concession stand and inventory. 12. Ensure all University Athletic vehicles are properly maintained and serviced. 13. Assist the Event & Facilities Manager in the scheduling of all external rentals and camp/clinics; ensure appropriate set-up and needs are met. 14. Performs other duties related as assigned within the scope, responsibility, and requirements of the job.
Required Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: Experience or involvement with event, gameday, scheduling, internal operations, in a college athletic setting. Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of general business and computer skills. Experience supervising student or event staff. Licenses or Certifications: Valid driver's license that is in good standing. CPR, First Aid, and AED. University Mission: Must be able to support and promote the University's Mission.
