The College of New Jersey invites applications for Associate Athletic Director – Compliance and Student Development. This is a 12-month full time position that resides in the Athletic Department within the Division of Student Affairs. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Athletics.
The Associate AD for Compliance & Student Development is responsible for managing the department’s compliance and eligibility processes and ensuring the department’s adherence to all NCAA, NJAC and TCNJ rules and regulations. Job responsibilities include administering annual compliance presentations, and rules education programming. This position works with a variety of internal and external constituents to develop educational, leadership and support programming for student-athletes, and to research, identify and solicit student-athletes for participation in leadership, career, internship and education programming offered by the NCAA and other organizations. Additionally, this position also serves as the advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and the department’s Leadership Fellow/Lions Leading Lions Program.
As a member of the Director of Athletics leadership team, this position holds game management responsibilities, sport administration duties and manages ticketing and concessions for all home events. The Associate AD for Compliance & Student Development is also responsible for planning and executing the TCNJ Hall of Fame, Student-Athlete Orientation and Student-Athlete Senior Banquet.
