Seton Hill University invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach. The University is a member of the NCAA Division II and competes in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). The head coach will be responsible for the complete management and organization of a competitive women’s soccer program including, but not limited to, recruiting, scheduling, practice and game organization, and fundraising within all University, NCAA, and PSAC rules and regulations. This position will require some travel and the incumbent must have the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred. A minimum of 3 years collegiate coaching experience (preferably head coach experience) is required. The incumbent must possess a valid driver’s license and pass the NCAA recruiting test within 90 days.
