Impact & Responsibilities: Manages all athletic ticketing and event related functions for athletic facilities; develops, executes event creation, programs, and maintains the ticketing system for Athletics; oversees ticket event staff, ticket printing and distribution; assists with day to day coordination of sales activities and supervision of ticketing staff; and assists in the resolution of customer relation issues.
