Job Function:  This position is primarily responsible for managing the purchasing contracting process at the NCAA, including management of the contract management system and will assist the Director of Purchasing in overseeing the day to day process of drafting, reviewing, executing and storing all NCAA contracts. Job Responsibilities    Create and implement a process to manage all purchasing contracts.Assist in the selection, configuration and implementation of a contract management system. Once live, manage all day to day activity to receive and store all NCAA contracts.Track and manage the lifecycle of contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.Create and distribute system reports as need
