The Program Coordinator assists the Director in the support of the licensing program; from maintaining the licensing program database including processing new applications and samples through to contract, educates and trains licensees on use of the licensing functions; communicates with customers to ensure a clear understanding of the licensing process and procedures; Processes artwork review submissions for licensee product development; Educates student organizations and sport clubs with brand guidelines and artwork approvals of internal merchandise requests; and to any additional administrative support of licensing business operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in the advanced functions of Microsoft Office applications; university administrative experience with knowledge of university and business practices. Experience in collegiate licensing desired.
