Under the leadership of the Premium Experiences Director, the Premium Experiences Assistant Manager will lead all aspects of the stadium experiences program and assist in management and oversight in managing all athletics premium spaces for football, stadium experiences and ticketed winter sports. In doing so, this position will fulfill and execute Notre Dame's vision for premium guest experiences, while providing excellent customer service and creating thoughtful and creative benefits & touchpoints. The Premium Experiences Assistant Manager will have a key role in assisting in the research, providing recommendations and execution in the development of a comprehensive year-long communication strategy and calendar for premium members and account holders. This position will be the key liaison to work closely with the athletics sales, marketing, ticketing, and sponsorship teams in the fulfillment of premium and stadium experiences. This position will work within the CRM system to maintain/update accounts, contracts, and notes on a regular and timely basis and will assist in providing support for inbound calls from members and prospects.
Responsibilities:
Play a key role to assist in the development and execution for the overall strategic planning and vision for athletics premium hospitality. This includes the curation a best-in-class guest experience, proactive and regular communication and touchpoints, a quality F&B experience, thoughtful gifting and "surprise and delight" moments. Work closely and ensure effective and thorough communication with key campus and community partners including caterers, facilities, parking, security, guest relations, IT, A/V, event companies, and building services
Provide gameday support and assist with managing premium spaces at football, men's and women's basketball, and hockey athletic events.
Oversee the stadium experiences programs for North Tunnel & Friday Tunnel tours during the football season and offseason. Handle private tour requests. Including but not limited to, coordinate calendars, football team and stadium schedules, working closely with ticketing team and third-party vendors to ensure payment process. Work closely with tour guides to ensure staffing and communication of information.
Uphold and enhance/grow relationships with existing and prospective premium customers. Learn and understand the Notre Dame ticketing platform, Paciolian, for purposes of understanding inventory in all premium areas. Deliver excellent customer service and year-round communication to premium members, guests, and prospects. Play an important role in customer retention. In doing so, will work closely with the athletics sales, marketing, ticketing and operations teams. May include research and providing recommendations.
Play an important role in the creation of a comprehensive stewardship plan and annual calendar, including communication strategies, special events, and member gifting process. Work closely with sales, marketing, fan experience, and media teams in fulfillment.
Lead or assist with special projects and initiatives in support of department goals as assigned by the Sr. Associate AD for Strategic Engagement.
