Leads the NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving program maintaining a standard of excellence in academic success, compliance, community service, diversity and inclusion, and student health and safety.  Complies, adheres and maintains knowledge of all NCAA, Conference and Cleveland State University (CSU) rules and regulations.  Recruits student-athletes and oversees their training and competition.  Monitors and supports academic success of student-athletes.  Builds and maintains a public awareness of the program.  Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
