Director of Ticket Operations The Director of Ticket Operations will manage the day-to-day operations of the Athletics Ticket Office. The individual will be fully responsible for all aspects of Men’s Basketball ticket operations (i.e., season ticket renewals, sales, home and away game operations, postseason, etc.) and assisting with Football ticket operations. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to managerial oversight of Olympic sports ticket operations to be determined, game day event staff, and student employees. The Director will serve as the liaison to Alco Parking Corporation and JMI Sports as it relates to ticketing and parking needs. The individual will also serve as the primary contact with ticket stock
