Cultivates relationships with local, regional and national media personnel and key community constituents to build and maintain a positive public perception of Cleveland State University Athletics.  Serve as institutional representative to local, regional and national media outlets for all athletics activities.  Develops and oversees a comprehensive program of communication and promotion for the Athletics Department.  Plans, organizes and coordinates media relations department operations and activities.  Supervises assigned personnel.

Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience in sports information or journalism

Proven ability to write under deadlines

Experience in website development and maintenance
